Speaker Bio's and presentation outline Wayne Voss ATEED’s goal is to help grow Auckland’s economy: ‘more jobs, more money’. Wayne’s team does this by connecting businesses to the right resources and opportunities at the right time. Wayne is very passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential. He understands, through personal experience, the challenges business owners face in growing a business and the value of external advice and assistance. Wayne has previously run several businesses in various sectors. He also worked 10 years as a sales and marketing executive within a high growth start-up. The executive team grew this business to $17m turn-over prior to sale. In his six years at ATEED, he has worked with almost 1000 businesses in various stages of their business growth journey and in every conceivable industry sector. This experience has given him valuable insights into to what it takes to make a business a success. Collaboration is a critical success factor when growing a business. Wayne will cover the key types of collaboration a business should engage in, why they are important, and how to go about setting up these collaborative relationships. Cliff Harvey Cliff is a registered clinical nutritionist and naturopath and doctoral candidate and researcher at AUT University. He has been coaching people ranging from world champion athletes through to the chronically and acutely unwell to perform at their best, since the 1990s. Cliff is also a serial entrepreneur, the founder of the Holistic Performance Institute, a private tertiary college, as well as Nutrition Store Online and is a co-founder of the NZ startup, and now multi-national supplement company Nuzest. He is the author of six books including the Ashton-Wylie book awards finalist Time Rich, Cash Optional, the start-up guide to business in health practice, Time Rich Practice and The Carbohydrate Appropriate Diet.
