Our guest speaker is Grant Schofield.
Grant Schofield is Professor of Public Health, and Director of the Human Potential Centre at AUT Millennium. His research and teaching interests range from understanding and improving lifestyle behaviours such as sleep, nutrition, and physical activity, to wellbeing epidemiology and human performance.
Professor Schofield has been working on a range of projects with postgraduate thesis students that challenge conventional nutritional beliefs through low carb, high fat nutrition. The question he will explore with us is: “Low carb, healthy fat and intermittent fasting, a potent therapeutic combination?”
