PRACTITIONER MEMBERSHIP

$125 per annum

This information is relevant for new Practitioner Membership applications. This membership option is open only to practitioners with a minimum of 2 years tertiary education at Diploma level in Nutrition (NZQA level 6, or a similar qualification outside of New Zealand) and clinical experience in applying holistic nutrition principles in a clinical setting. See the membership form for more details on the criteria for membership. Full membership enables:

  • Professional registration
  • Discounted CNA event registration (three events per year)
  • Use of Accredited Member Logo
  • Continued education
  • Listing on the CNA website
  • Regular updates on CNA activities
  • Voting rights at the AGM
  • Enables participation in CNA monthly committee meetings
  • Full viewing access of our website

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

$35 per annum

CNA welcomes students who are currently undergoing training in nutrition and would like to be part of a professional organisation comprised of like minded people and experienced practitioners. Becoming a student member is an excellent way to enhance understanding of the profession before starting to practice. A valid student ID is required. Student membership includes:

  • Discounted CNA event registration (three events per year)
  • Regular updates on CNA activities
  • Participation in monthly CNA meetings (no voting rights)
  • Participation in AGM (no voting rights)
  • Full viewing access of our website

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

$125 per annum

This membership option is open to companies wanting affiliation with a leading edge health organisation. Corporate membership enables:

  • Linking between the CNA website and the company's website for increased traffic and web presence
  • Social media presence and connections
  • Exclusive opportunities to promote the company and its services at public and members-only events
  • Discounted CNA event registration (three events per year, one delegate per event)
  • Presence on marketing and promotional material produced by the CNA
  • Full viewing access of our website

FRIEND OF THE CNA

$35 per annum

This option is open to all members of the public who have an interest in natural health and would like to keep up-to-date with CNA activities.

Additional Information

Renewal of a continuous membership

All members will be sent a renewal notice on the anniversary of their membership. Practitioner Members need to submit a Practitioner Membership Renewal application to confirm continued education (accessed using the Start Application button below). Note that applications for renewal of Practitioner Membership require evidence of 15 hours of continued education within the previous 12 months. See our FAQ section for more information on continued education requirements.


To renew Practitioner Membership after an absence of more than 5 years
